Course Description

Writing: Students will have regular writing assignments with a strong emphasis on the writing process, receiving both teacher and peer feedback throughout. Students will develop their literary analysis skills, as well as expand on their research writing skills.

Classroom Work: Writing Instruction, review games, discussion of literature, projects, end of the year presentation and paper on a historical figures.

Homework: Weekly writing assignments, weekly reading assignments, comprehension questions or worksheets to pair with literature, vocabulary quizzes.
